Primary Position Objective:
The team members are responsible for taking inbound calls at the 1-800-4-A-PHONE call center handling all customer inquiries. The responsibilities of the Inbound Customer Service Representative will include:

Job Duties:
  • Interacting with customers to determine their needs, address outstanding issues and provide resolutions and recommendations
  • Providing superior service regarding product information concerning, repair, billing and service establishment time frames
  • Contributing to individual and team customer service goals
  • Being proactive and responsive to internal and external customers’ needs
Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience a must
  • Strong problem solving and research ability
  • Goal oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a dynamic business environment
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Superior customer service skills and ability to maintain positive working relationships
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to type 35 wpm
Shift:
  • Full time positions with day shifts

Primary Position Objective:
Growing the Company’s prepaid phone service customer base. The team members are responsible for taking inbound calls at our call center, and turning inquiries into sales. The responsibilities of the Inbound Sales Representative will include:

Job Duties:
  • Interacting with customers, determining their needs and selling them prepaid local service along with features that will satisfy their needs
  • Keying data and managing complex order processing
  • Providing superior service regarding product information, pricing and availability of service in their area
  • Contributing to individual and team sales goals
  • Being proactive and responsive to internal and external customers’ needs
  • Locating and researching service addresses utilizing Street Address Guide (SAG) software
Qualifications:
  • Previous sales and customer service experience a must
  • Strong closing ability
  • Goal oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a dynamic business environment
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Superior customer service skills and ability to maintain positive working relationships
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to type 35 wpm
Shift:
  • 10:00am ­ 7:00pm (assigned to all new hires)
  • Every other Saturday from 10am ­ 4pm
  • 40-hours/per week
